I was amazed that there is a sign now that there is a charge for parking. The check-in was adequate but no consideration had been given to my particular handicap issues. The acoustics of the room were hollow and resonating. The plumbing and electricity was up-to-date and entirely well-maintained. The checkout person this morning was very polite and appropriate.

We have utilize this facility many times and appreciate the changes that have occurred with the remodeling. The facilities are attractive and the amenities serve families and individuals, with a staff that is excellent. There are occasional new employees who need guidance. The rooms and hallways are very clean. The individual air conditioning/heat pump units in each room are quiet, efficient, and he effective. There is consideration of reducing the demand for energy such that bulbs are appropriate. Individual rooms have variations in the speed of delivery of hot water to the tap proportional to the distance from the regional water heater. Some consideration could be given to the final heat units that can reduce water waste by heating immediately before consumer use. Attention has been paid to reduction of disposable plastic. The waste cans have a separator for the recyclable paper and plastic and other materials from garbage. Consumer is expected to honor such issues. The paper coffee cups in each room use 10% recycled paper. These could be upgraded to 100% biodegradable. As an individual who has physical limitations, it would be helpful after multiple periods of using this Courtyard to have on record the specificity of the particular rooms that most closely match individuals such as me. Furthermore, safety and convenience would be increased by having a hand grasp available on the headboard for getting in and out of bed and for turning over at night. We have learned to brin

As a senior who uses this motel routinely, I appreciate the cordial staff and excellent maintenance. Their recent major rehabilitation has addressed a number of issues. I may not be in full harmony with the interior design art ideas, but the colors are comfortable. National management is still not fully thinking in Arizona terms in regard to saving energy and water. Reservations are handled by someone NOT in Arizona and they are unaware of issues such as occupancy or local conveniences. While they have added scooters and bikes for younger people, they might look at shifting to photovoltaic energy productuion
