In house Uber driver available with notice, as well as access to luxury vehicles. Perfect for couples or small families. Pet friendly, just like most of DT Phoenix!

This was the cutest little casita in a great location. Adie was super responsive to any questions and informative about all the events happening in the area. Would definitely stay again.

Cute Lodgings and Very Private
The host was great. She provided us with all the information we needed (check-in, local attractions, directions) and then gave us all the privacy we ever needed. The property was very clean and the decor uncluttered and cheerful. I would stay there again.

Super cute little cottage
This cottage was super cute and comfortable. I think the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in in a long time, especially at a Verbo property or even a nice hotel. My friend and I came to stay in Phoenix for the innings festival and our host was gracious enough to pick us up at the airport and take us to her lovely property.. once at the property, we had noticed immediately how clean it was and how well stocked she had it even keeping bottled water in the fridge for us. The location of this Verbo is perfect as you have access to the train or Uber, and there were plenty of places to shop and get food, if I ever come back to Phoenix, I will definitely stay here again as many times as I visit perfect hostess, and perfect Verbo property. Also, I would like to add that this property is more comfortable than a hotel, and very much more reasonable than an average five star hotel. That is why we chose Verbo over staying in a hotel because we had the comforts of a condo but not the price so we chose this cute little cottage and it was perfect.

Great location and great place!
The property owner was so friendly and drove us to several places while we were there! They had great communication and made sure the property was very clean and cozy! The location was great and convenient, the kitchen had plenty of cookware and the bathroom was clean and had everything you needed including shower stuff!

Amazing host!
I was booking a small house for my family of 3 for a wedding. Adrienne helped me out from the start, I was curious about the laundry, the property placement and she assured me it was private. The house was clean and very cute. We had to leave at 5 in the morning on the wedding day but were able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast items. On our last day I told Adrienne we were drained and she nicely let me know we could checkout an hour later. We would stay here again.
