I have been a Hilton honors member for more than 20 years and this was by far the worst doubletree property I have ever stayed in. Dirty, decrepit, just plain terrible.

The staff was very friendly, but the building was in need of some serious upgrading. The bathroom was the worst. The quality of construction and materials was very poor to begin with. Then the tub finish had been damaged and poorly repaired. Plus there was mold around the edges of the tub. The tile floor had been chipped and filled in with grout. The free standing shelving unit for the towels under the sink was discolored from spills and improper cleaning methods. It was also dirty around the shelving unit as the staff probably couldn't get around it to clean. The handle kept falling off the toilet and I had to keep putting it back together. The halls and room were overly scented with a fragrance with was gross. The decorating was deplorable and the overall feel of the place was substandard. It's the worst hotel I've been in for decades.

It’s a nice place to stay. Only complaints were the construction next door was noisy and the room was very dusty and had toenail clippings on the floor from previous customers
