Wish the young lady gave a little better instructions on how to get into the hotel to our room. We drove around and around, because there were no signs or numbers to help us know how to get to the room.

No maid service, TV did not work, my family member paid with his credit card and they still charged my credit card. homeless taking over the property, drug use visible, Room dirty, no breakfast as advertised part of the stay. Bugs in the room, Hotel tried to move us because they needed the room we had to go to another motel/

It was awful. Homeless people everywhere in the parking lot. Very loud. Room was awful and nasty. Stains all over the bed. Holes in the curtains so light came in the morning. The pool was always locked. Definitely nothing like the pictures.

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. I tried to save some money and was very disappointed. When I arrived I was told that the five dollar “utility fee” was now seven dollars, when I asked what it was for she didn’t respond. I was also told that there is no free breakfast, despite that being advertised and was the reason I chose this hotel over others that were closer to my meetings. Finally the desk clerk told me the pool and hot tub were closed. I was not planning to use either of these but it was warm enough outside and if my kids were with me it would’ve been a nice way to unwind before bed. When I got to my room the walls were thin, I heard voices as if they were in my room coming from the room next to mine and the room below mine. As well as people running and having conversations in the hall. This was at 10 PM at night. I finally fell asleep by putting my headset on and listening to my phone. Not very comfortable but at least I got some sleep. When I woke the next day I could see that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, there were stains on the bedside table and the floor beneath the bedside table and there were cigarette butts and ashes on the balcony (non-smoking room)?

The room had an opened cocoa packet half-full, but no coffee; there was a cup full of cigarette butts on the balcony; there were dead flies in the bathroom light fixture and the fan didn’t work; there was no stopper for the tub; there were no washcloths and not enough towels... If I had not been exhausted when I arrived, I would have asked for another room at the very least. But I will not be staying there again, that’s for certain.

Very basic. Breakfast was not good. The room looked like a child had painted it. There was a gap under the balcony door. Very noisy and the room floor was filthy and had no rugs or carpet. On the second night we found a vial with a white powder residue in it in the bed and made my wife really sick that night after she touched it to remove it from the bedding. I could not refer this property to others even though the staff were very nice.
