Robert, I am extremely concerned the five rooms you reserved in advance were not available when you arrived at our hotel and my staff made no attempt to contact a supervisor or manager to try to resolve the problem. This will definitely be discussed with my management team and procedures will be put in place to avoid such unpleasant situations in the future. I am so sorry the rooms you were given did not meet our cleanliness standards and definitely were not what a guest should expect from our brand. I will share your entire review with my hotel management team and with my brand leaders in an effort to focus their attention on steps that need to be taken to greatly improve our service to our guests.
