Loud, drinking "kids" at pool and hot tub. Security called at 11pm for excessive noise and yelling outside rooms.

This property was so much nicer than so expected. Other reviews had mentioned a security guard, but I did not expect this hotel to be on the campus with only one entrance that had a security check at the front (which was very nice because this isn’t located in the nicest area). The lobby and main part of the hotel are gorgeous, look brand new, and modern. The rooms are pretty run of the mill, but I was happy overall. Would stay here again if traveling to Phoenix ever.

Nice but note its a high security fenced college with lots of security guards its on campus in urban area . We felt safe and comfortable .nice pool clean rooms and very reasonable.one of better budget hotels close in

The hotel is old and in need of renovation or demolition. The staff is friendly and fine, however in need of guidance. Especially the F & B staff
