The property was convenient in terms of location. The staff was great. They werr very friendly and willing to go abovr and beyond. My only issues were with the air conditioning. The hotel is older and needs serious upgrading on their air conditioning and fans in their room. My air conditioner was set to 67 and it never went below 78 in tbe room. My bathroom fan did not work. We had a suite which we werent even able to really use both rooms because the front room was so hot.

Well-located for our early-morning flight out of PHX. Free hotel shuttle. Rooms very spacious and attractive, but the bathroom was right next to bedroom with an automatic fan/light and a door that opened so light shone on the bed. Could have been a better arrangement. Restaurant was good, but had a very limited menu (mostly burgers). Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fine. What we didnt like was the toulet not flushing and then having to switch rooms. Also when i called to get more towels and Kleenex they were never delivered. When i called to get a toothbrush tho it did come up!

I didn’t like that the lobby bar was not available every night. Stayed for three nights and the lobby bar was only open for one night.
