This was the worst motel that I have ever stayed in!! The room was so dirty, the refrigerator smelled like something died in it and was very rusty. The sheets were dirty. the walls and floor were dirty. The windows seal was not in tact. anyone could have broke in very easily. We didn't get any towels. The office was closed. I would definitely would never recommend staying there. It seemed more like a hourly rental than a nightly rental.

The rooms are not a described very filthy with bugs my pillow was yellow! The cops showed up twice for guest fighting, and i was asked if i wanted to but some meth while i was there. It took me 2 hours to wait in line to get checked in and i was the second person in line. I left did not want to stay there at all requested a refund and still have not yet heard from manager or anyone regarding this

For those of you looking to get one of the cheaper motels in the area, do yourself a favor and pay the extra five or ten bucks to go somewhere decent. I have never stayed in a place so horrific. Upon arriving, I was early for check in, but most hotels will see if they have rooms available to accommodate their guests. The women behind the desk barked at me, “Check in is at 3 PM and you can’t wait in our parking lot or that’s loitering and I can call the police.” Now this hotel is in probably the worst part of town where there are drug deals and lots of prostitution and this woman made me wait by a garbage can where I was getting attacked by flies and ants and had people coming up to me asking for cigarettes, whether I wanted to buy this or that, and asking what types of drugs I might want. After two hours of waiting by the garbage can, I’m finally allowed to check in. When I get to my room, I am stunned. All of the furniture, including the bed (which had no comforter) had to have been made during the 1980’s. There was blood on the wall; a television so small I just used my laptop instead. There was no WiFi, not even a phone in the room, and it just had the appearance and type of people staying there that made you think they needed the cheapest place to stay in order to support their drug habits. But the worst part of any of this? There were roaches everywhere. The property had a major cockroach infestation. Please find somewhere else to go or you will regret it.

I am so sorry that happened to you but our check in time is at 3pm. On most days we are sold out so we would not be able to allow an early check in because we would not have the room. We are making a lot of positive changes and hope to see you soon

For the most part it's always a good stay. The Manager has a Napoleon complex and no patience. The cleaning staff is always nice. There isn't always, so far ever been a microwave in any of the rooms I've stayed in. A d the one time I had a refrigerator when I turned it on to start cooling it blew the circuts along the wall it was plugged into! The bathrooms don't always look clean, but when you look closer it's because it's just an older building. All in all I'd give them 3 1/2 out of 5 stars.

The clerk was more than unprofessional, and rudeto all the guest entering the office myself included. After an hour of prolonging my check in. He looks up and sat sorry its time for u to leave and says he will refund my money, with in 24 hrs. It has yet to be returned from any source.

Hated everything, the whole place was dirty, everything looked like it had not been cleaned for a long time. Booked 2 nights and really only stayed 1 night because i just didnt want to touch anything in that room anymore.

The pool was really filthy, they cleaned it the next day after complaint, but in pheonix in the summer a pool should be one of those top end areas to insure its well maintained. Thats like no air-conditioning in the desert.
