They tried to charge me for another night. When it was only for one night and they lied about it. Never gave us a receipt. I had to block my bank card so they wouldn't charge me the other night. I think there would be enough people so they can pay for their remodeling projects. People who stay there. They need to look at the receipt cause they're overcharging, and they're lying about you guys staying there a more nights than you are really staying. I believe this hotel has scammers. Travelocity needs to drop this hotel they're making your company look bad.

In my opinion and from what we experienced this hotel could be categorized under "lipstick on a pig" or "you get what you pay for". It looks great on the outside but we discovered dirty / stained towels and bed sheets in our room, well worn furniture, a shower that lost both water pressure and hot water randomly, and cigarette smoke entering the room. Although the rooms are "non-smoking", other guests smoke literally right outside their room. There was an ash tray about 3 feet from our door that was used to excess. I have experienced less smoke in a Vegas casino. Skip the complimentary breakfast also, very disappointing!

The facility was nice for a quick stay. The room was ok, but looked like it was in the middle of renovation. Close to P83, which was nice. And walking distance to shopping and dining.

The hotel switched ownership and never recieved payment from travelocity so I had to re-pay the amount when I checked in. The place was ran down, the pool was not open.
