Mattresses were old. Bathtub chipped. No amenities due to Covid but staff of no help on eating options. Vehicles of guests or staff were parked in check in spots. Parking garage felt unsafe as several cars had people sitting in them. Hotel was not full yet my room had a crappy view.

I stayed in Room 807 for 3 nights for a total cost of $474.69. The room was large, consisting of a bedroom and separate sitting area with dividing wall about halfway into the space. There were floor to ceiling windows with a largely unubstructed view north. There were 2 TVs, (might have been plasma), one viewable from the bed and the other from the two chairs in the sitting area. The room was very sparsely decorated, and somewhat empty for its size. The linens appeared to be laundered, but were not pressed. There were large dark stains on the carpet, numerous stains on the bathroom wallpaper and bathroom floor grout. The bathtub had many scuffs and cracks which had been roughly patched. The bathroom and coat closet doors were in need of cleaning/repainting. None of the power outlets in the desktop lamps would hold a standard phone charger tightly enough to actually charge a phone, So I had to use a wall outlet, the cover for which did not completely cover the jagged hole in the sheetrock behind it. The door catch to allow for only partial opening was broken off the door, though the hook remained. The entry lock was finicky, and the card had to be inserted just right for the scanner to read it. The lobby and halls were better, though the elevator doors were scratched with graffiti. Also, breakfast costs $7 for the same options often included with many other chain hotels. I will not stay there again.

Room 901 has a nice view of the Phoenix mountains, but it's all down hill from there.The carpet in the room was filthy and stained.Bathroom vent was caked with dirt. Paint was peeling on bathroom door frame and door. No stopper on bathroom sink. Bath towels had holes the size of nickels on them? Bed skirt was stained with bright blue paint all over it.Pillow cases had pink stains on them. Even the lamp shade had brown stains on it. Wallpaper was bubbling up. There were 3 thumb tacks stuck high across one of the walls???There is serious quality control going on at this place. The employees are demotivated, and could care less. The parking structure in the back was so badly broken up with chunks of rocks and dirt that I wished I had rented a 4X4 vehicle instead of a Dodge Caravan. Of course the Ice machine on my floor didn't work. We got back to the room at 3 pm after work on Superbowl Sunday to watch the game and the room had still not been serviced. I informed the front desk, and they had told me to come downstairs (9 floors) and get new toweIs. No apology at all. I had witnessed another guest filling out a complaint form. I asked one of them "what is going on with this place, are you going out of business?" and the person replied "sometimes I feel that way???" This is piss poor management to say the least. We took many pictures of all of our complaints and look forward to speaking to their corporate office.

No teal issues with this property...clean, basic ans stayable. My issue is with Travelocity! I booked a 2 night stay with ONE reservation..some idiot at your company made it 2, one night reservation. I had to check out and recheck in. Not the end of the world, but annoying and completely unnecessary! Not sure why this was done, but if it happens again, it'll be the last time I use your sight for booking any travel.

The food from the restaurant fir dinner was good. The service from the bartender/server was good. It was very disappointing that we could not even have extra pillow brought up to our room because of the shortage of staff(especially on a holiday weekend)! I was unhappy with the dated state of our room. The google search had advertised free breakfast at the Ramada by Wyndham, and the did not honor it. I had to spend $40 plus more dollars on breakfast somewhere else after our appointment at Phoenix Children’s hospital. I certainly feel that we did not get out monies worth from this stay. As a person that frequently travels, this rates on the bottom of my list of places to stay. Overall very disappointed and very overpriced.
