Nice motel for the price.

Overall a good experience. Pleasant staff. The flat screen wasn't working, so they immediately installed a new one. Only negative was a bit of a tobacco smell, which I know is hard to get rid of. Nice room for the price.

Mediocre at Best

I upgraded to the King Suite from a standard Queen room, sorry I did. The light in the front of the room did not work to start with, The remote for the TV had no batteries, The Kitchenette is a joke, no cookware or utensils, the refrigerator did work, Linens were threadbare and had holes in a couple of them, not all the plastic cups were sealed in plastic, Maid service would remove used hand towels and wash clothes but leave no replacements.

the bedding was so stained i went to Walmart and bought pillows and linens for the bed. gross pillows :(

The bedding was so stained i went to Walmart and bought pillows and linens for the bed, gross pillows :( The room smelled old and musty . If I had not payed in advance I would of left and found some place nicer. For a Hotel that was newly re-opend they surly took the cheep way of redoing the rooms. would not recumbent this place to anyone I know.

A clean place to sleep 15 minutes from Phoenix.

Pros: Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
This hotel is 15 minutes outside of Phoenix, in Mesa, with quick access to 2 major highways, 202 & US 60. I was in town for the Arizona Marathon, and the hotel was 8 minutes from the finishline. It's not the Marriott, but the room had a mini fridge, microwave, and a comfortable bed.

Awesome Hotel. Makes me feel welcome.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet, kitchens, suites, nice staff
nice hotel in mesa. one of the best hotels in that area specifically. much better than the motels in the price range and also provides the best value. newly renovated and clean. would stay here again.

This hotel was well worth what I paid and the staff were very pleasant and helpful

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
I have stayed at numerous hotels and for the price of this hotel I couldn't have asked for more. There was free internet desk and chairs to either sit and eat or to use my laptop. the room had an alarm clock blow dryer and iron was available upon request. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful in helping us find attractions and dining establishments. She is a peach as long as you have her there your customers are in good hands

you get what you pay for

Pros: Free Internet
first off i want to say the owners are wonderful people & very helpful :) very outdated rooms...the first room i was given had a door that didn't have a proper "seal"...i wasn't comfortable...so i was up-graded to a room with a mini kitchen. the bed was VERY uncomfortable. the rooms are small...if you have a kitchenette wouldn't you like a little table to sit at to eat??? no table. oh yeah & you have a stove...but not a single pot, pan, fork or cup. also things that aren't in the room...clock, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, extra bedding, & a hook on the bathroom door. it was right next door to a convenience store & within walking distance to a McDonald's & Burger King, Pizza Hut #take out only# & a Chinese sit down #we didn't care much for it though#. You are on Main St. & on the bus route & a couple of blocks from the rail...loved the rail. like i said...you get what you pay for...

Great affordable hotel in mesa az.

i didn't know about this hotel until i actually came to mesa az. its a newly opened hotel and it is one of the cheapest but also one of the best hotels in mesa. my rate was very generous and the rooms were perfect. will stay here again. thank you travlocity and americas best value inn
