Nothing. No cleaning of room. Had to get towels wash rags ourself. No cups or glasses in room. Staff not real good. Room smelled of smoke.

I was greeted in my room with another past guest check in information from 4 days prior. Also had a mans underwear in the closet hanging up. The sheets looked very dingy and the floor needed to be mopped and swept. Blood stains on the walls in the bathroom as well as wads of toilet paper on the walls. Tv unplugged and the remote had no batteries. I just wonder who the housekeeping is that passed this room to be sold to a guest for $80. Also in the morning, to make a simple cup of coffee, it all overflowed all over. I didnt even want to touch anything else in this place such as the dishes, cups, forks, spoons, nothing. The water pressure could have been better and the hot/cold labels the shower could have been more distinct. Never will i ever go back there. But for this... i will be reaching out to their corporate office with these issues!

we stayed there for a whole week, not once the room got clean nor give us new towel . My boyfriend walk in in the office to ask to clean our room after a few days staying there bit no one ahow up our room smell like cigarettes and one of the blanket has 3 cigarettes burned hole in it
