Room was very dirty, cabinets all need to be replaced tub is very un safe . Microwave is falling off wall. I asked for a non smoking room because of health problems every thing smelt so bad of smoke. Coco machine and everything in suit case still smell like smoke. Will never stay there again.

Many things in the room were broken, very unattractive, looked dirty. I spoke to the desk about this when I checked out, they didn't care.

It took 3 attempts to get a decent room. Wish i had taken pics of the 1st room. The mattress was stained, stank and like cigarette washed were ground in. The 2nd room door was ajar as we approached. Thought it was the cleaning lady. It was not. There was clothing all over the bed and floor, like a vagrant living in it. The 3rd room was just adequate. There was no coffee packets for the coffee pot. The only amenity was 2bars of soap and towels. I would NOT recommend this place. The staff was confused as to which rooms were available or clean. There was roaches after dark. I would take it off your list. As this being my first time using Travelocity, it did not make you look good at all.

Property was quiet even though it was next to freeway. Rooms could be a little cleaner if more effort was put in by staff. Front desk was closed often. Had to wait for someone to arrive so I could check in. Not enough parking for guests. Common occurrence for guests to get locked out of room if staying multiple days.

Nothing. No cleaning of room. Had to get towels wash rags ourself. No cups or glasses in room. Staff not real good. Room smelled of smoke.

I was greeted in my room with another past guest check in information from 4 days prior. Also had a mans underwear in the closet hanging up. The sheets looked very dingy and the floor needed to be mopped and swept. Blood stains on the walls in the bathroom as well as wads of toilet paper on the walls. Tv unplugged and the remote had no batteries. I just wonder who the housekeeping is that passed this room to be sold to a guest for $80. Also in the morning, to make a simple cup of coffee, it all overflowed all over. I didnt even want to touch anything else in this place such as the dishes, cups, forks, spoons, nothing. The water pressure could have been better and the hot/cold labels the shower could have been more distinct. Never will i ever go back there. But for this... i will be reaching out to their corporate office with these issues!
