Welcome to the Rio Verde Golf Casita, a 2 BR 2 BTH golf home located amid 90 holes of golf in gorgeous Rio Verde, AZ, a 55+ community. Rio Verde has been voted #1 for "Best Adult Community" and "Best Private Country Club", by the Best of Arizona Business, Association.

So many things to do here in Rio Verde besides golf. You'll have full privileges at the heated pool and spa, Tennis Center with 6 tennis courts, 2 pickle ball courts and Bocce ball courts. Visit the Community Center, a bustling hub of activity where pot luck dinners, friendly card games and tournaments are held, fitness center and honor-system library with books and movies.

And then there's the GOLF! Between Rio Verde, Tonto Verde, Tegavah, and Fountain Hills, there are 180 holes of golf within 10 miles of this home. There are 90 holes within 3 miles. All great courses. Your stay at Rio Verde gives you the option of purchasing an unlimited golf package at the Rio Verde Country Club 36-hole club that includes Club House privileges and Dining Room/Pub privileges.

The home is a quiet comfortable 2 Master Bedroom Casita that accommodates four guests. King size bed in Master Bedroom 1 with easy chair, night stand and lamp, and dresser. There is a TV in this room as well. The en suite bath has a double sink vanity and tub/shower combo. The walk-in closet has plenty of room for your clothes and has extra bedding.

Master Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed, dresser and TV. The en suite bath has tub/shower combo and vanity. This bath also serves as the guest bath but can be isolated to the bedroom.

There are plenty of linens, towels and cleaning supplies for extended stays.

The Great Room has a soaring ceiling over the living and dining rooms furnished with your comfort and convenience in mind. A sliding glass door leads to an oversized patio with retractable awning, furnished with table chairs and loungers all with a view of the fairway to the south. The charcoal BBQ is built-in nearby ready for a steak or roasted vegetables. Or do your cooking in the kitchen, fully stocked to facilitate the preparation of your favorite meals. Lots of dinnerware, flatware, glasses, cups, utensils, pots, pans and appliances. Kitchen is equipped with a reverse osmosis water purification system.

Rio Verde is an age 55+ community. The principle renter must age-qualify but may have younger companions of age 19 or greater. Any visitors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Whether you're a golfer or just someone who enjoys physical activities and being social, the Rio Verde Golf Casita is a lovely and peaceful setting for a relaxing get-a-way.

House Rules:

~ Stays 21 days or more require a utility deposit of $500.00 - the deposit will be collected once the booking is confirmed via Airbnb or a direct charge to the card on file.
~ Check-in time is at 3:00 PM
~ Check-out time is 10:00 AM
~We are not able to accommodate an early check-in or late check-out, so please coordinate your travel plans with these times in mind
~Guest booking the homes must be at least 25 years of age.
~Casago provides a starter pack of hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, and laundry soap.
~Reservation holder must always occupy the home unless approved in advance by Casago.
~All reservations must submit their driver's license and Selfie thru Guest Ranger and sign the Casago management rental agreement within 72 hours of booking.
~Utility caps apply. Utility cap overages will be charged to a credit card on file for stays over 21 days or longer- Airbnb money request will be sent within 14 days of departure.
~All last-minute reservations or those booked by Arizona residents staying in the Phoenix area are subject to a background check on the reservation holder and an additional screening fee.
~ The guest is liable for all pet damage if the home is pet approved. Select homes are pet approved.
~No Smoking
~No large gatherings
~No mailbox access will be granted
~Pool heat temperature cannot be guaranteed. Weather, length of reservation, and other environmental factors may prevent the pool from achieving your desired temperature
~No smoking inside, outside the property, or on the premises. $1000.00 fee billed to guests if there is any visual evidence, the smell of smoke in the home found upon check-out, or smoke detected in the house. Our no-smoking policy includes the smoking of marijuana and vape pens.
~Homes are electronically monitored for noise and smoke detection
~All homes are inspected every 30 days to change filters and batteries and service the lock. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.
