They offer covered parking, which in AZ is nice. I asked about clearance as my truck is taller than most. I was told to park in front of the hotel (still on hotel property). The spaces indicated had "Restricted Parking" signs on them. I verified that was where I was to park and asked about the signs. I was told it was ok. The next morning there is a sticker on my window stating my truck was going to be towed for parking in a restricted area.

the courtyard in the back of property was very nice and allowed my kids to play catch. The front desk employee Carrissa went out of her way to try and help my family find fun things to do while in Phoenix. However the property was old and run down my master suit has peeling wallpaper, torn and frayed carpet and was just generally run down. It was also sad and upsetting to have 2 pools at the property and neither one was operational and we were left asking daily if it would be open with a generic response of "maybe tomorrow". Sadly after the front desk employee tried to make arrangements with the Sister property to allow my children to swim there, the staff at the sister property (Radisson on osborn and 2nd) were rude and condescending to the point of humiliating my wife and children in the lobby of that establishment. This was a Huge Loss for my family and a gigantic waste of money With all the options for places to stay, in the downtown Phoenix area I would recommend NOT using this property during your stay. If it wasn't for Carrissa Me and my family probably would have checked out the very next day.

Parking sucks They had the heater running in room. When we 1st walked in. 98 degrees outside. Tub dirty. Towels smelled. There were live capped wires hanging below ac. Sleep number bed remote didnt work. It was like sleeping on the floor. Oh..and the bathroom floor had something on it that made me slip had to wipe it up with a towel.

We were placed by the elevator and the motor was very loud. Some staff were not helpful and did not care.

I was disappointed that there was no parking attached to the hotel. The parking deck was next door and I did not feel safe walking from the car to the hotel. It was raining and it was not covered between the deck and the hotel. The hotel room and halls need to be updated. I figured with the price and name it would have been more updated.

Front desk was the only pleasant part of this hotel. Hallways reeked of marijuana. When I mentioned it to bartender, Kate her response was, "that's not my problem". Room was disgusting. Dusty, messy bathroom and lacked blankets and pillows.

Hotel room itself was OK, but very dirty carpets throughout and curtains had stains and everything was Outdated. I Would not go back.
