Thank you for your review of your recent stay. We apologize for the sound of the elevator. Our staff are trained to be courteous and helpful and we obviously fell short this time. We have just taken over ownership and management of this hotel in February and are planning a full renovation in the summer. We would love for you to give us another try in the future. We hope to have the opportunity to do better next time!

Thank you for submitting your review regarding your recent stay at our Wyndham Garden Midtown hotel. We are sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. We have just taken over ownership/management of this hotel and will be starting a complete renovation of the property this summer. Obviously, that doesn't help with your recent experience, however, if you would be willing to give us another try we would love to have an opportunity to do better.
