Property location is a 10 minute walk to the beach and main shopping area. Staff were friendly and manager takes the time each day to talk to each guest. Housekeeping staff were attentive and room was serviced daily very quickly.

From the moment we stepped in the property to the moment we stepped off I felt I was home. The staff were great and the whole experience eas exceptional especially the pool and view on the roof. The staff is amazing and very attentive. The rooftop pool and the hydrotherapy pool/sauna are great. The breakfast buffet is good. There are Thai and international options and an egg station. This is a smaller hotel with a resort atmosphere. There is not much for children to do. We utilized the shuttle a couple of times but generally just walked to the beach and the retail areas. We would stay again. The beach is wonderful!

The Pacific Club Resort is located a short walk up the hill away from the noisy strip our room had a good view across lower buildings to the beach and ocean from our balcony including, to the side, Big Buddha, illuminated at night high on the distant hills. Large and beautifully finished room with one of the most comfortable beds in our years of travel, limestone bathroom so clean it could be new. AC ventilation is responsive and effective at humidity control in this very hot and humid town. The real stand-out of this hotel is the staff. From Grace at the main desk who was instantly available to assist us with any concern; to Su in the dining area who was constantly and invariably attentive to our needs, including a severe allergy, and always looking ahead to our needs on arrival, throughout our meal, and when we were rushed; to the delightful Kwan Sun, manager and ambassador. There is a smell from what appears to be a relatively well-kept nearby community garbage storage that comes and goes in open areas but was not a significant problem to us overall.

A wonderful boutique style hotel
This is the fourth time I have stayed at the hotel and it was as wonderful as previously. It is a boutique style hotel with a focus on quality. The rooftop pool with amazing views is simply brilliant and relaxing. The staff are so friendly, helpful and chatty. There is a good choice at breakfast which can be eaten outside in the well laid out courtyard or inside in the air conditioning. There is a good choice at the egg station and the eggs Florentine was cooked freshly to perfection. I dined in the evening and the food was excellent at a very reasonable price. I have stayed in many hotels in Thailand including several 5 star hotels, but the Pacific Club Resort is my favourite.
