Attractive, clean, and well maintained rooms that were very comfortable and close to many of the attractions in Pigeon Forge. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to return.

Everything was great, with one exception....the sleeper sofa was so worn, you could not sit on it.

the hotel rooms were beautiful and the property around the hotel was full of lovely plants and statues. the pool area was very clean and also just beautiful with waterfall and plenty of pool toys available as well as comfortable chairs and lounges. hanging baskets full of beautiful bright colored flowers were everywhere. the staff were friendly and easy to contact when we had a question about a restaurant. overall a wonderful place to stay.

Gentleman that checked me in was SUPER friendly and welcoming; bed was comfy, the location to everything in pigeon forge put it RIGHT there and was a bonus; the pool and hot tub was very nice, room was clean and they gave us an included admission to Reagan’s house of pancakes for free pancakes and a drink (plus a discount on the breakfast buffet) $6 for a buffet is a deal ALL DAY! I will definitely be booking here every time I visit Tennessee
