When we checked in the room was not ready. Went for food, room still not ready. Got the key, room had not been cleaned. 40 minutes later cleaners finally came while we were in the room. Terrible

Bed mattress covers were filthy. Carpet was worn out frayed and dirty. Mold under ledge in bath tub. Commode was too short for comfortable use. Light switch plates were dirty. Was way overpriced for what it is

It was a really bad experience. One room had a toilet that didn't flush, the second room didn't have any heat. The next day the toilet was fixed and my husband and I were given a new room. My two girls were locked in their room, next day, as tumblers didn't work. The rooms were filthy and looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in years. I took a shower and my feet were so dirty from being barefoot. All I saw was black water. They did fix things, but it took some time from our schedule.

Had a great stay! Will be back for sure. Check in was fast and easy. We had a room on the ground floor and we were always able to get a parking spot right in front of our room so that was nice. The parking lot/outside area was clean and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom area needs remodeled, but it was fine. The tub looked very worn and the shower head needs replaced. Wifi worked great. I really liked how easy it was to get in/out of the parking lot. It's at the end of strip so getting to Gatlinburg was a breeze.
