The staff and the hotel were great. The only thing was that internet is useless mabey one bar. Plus the heat must have not been working in the pool. Was a wonderful hotel for everything else though.

We loved that the pool was open 24/7 but the jacuzzi was not working.

Beautiful place and very clean. Loved the bar and pool area as well as the outdoor fire pit. Beds super comfortable.

The hotel appears to be one of the newer facilities in Pigeon Forge and has a very impressive outside visual appeal which includes the lobby. However, upon entering the room the condition and cleanliness dissipated quickly. Overall, I was expecting much more from the hotel and was supplied with the quality of a economy level chain.

A computer station is on site and WiFi is free in public spaces. Business amenities include a 24-hour business center and 6 meeting rooms.
