Rolling Meadows Cottage is located just a few minutes away from Fall Creek Falls, one of Tennessee's largest and most visited state parks with trails and beautiful waterfalls. The park offers golfing, hiking, fishing, swimming, horseback riding, zip-lining, and more. We welcome our guests to our cozy cottage farm situated beside our 5 acre stocked lake. We also offer catered farm-to-table meals and custom made cakes for an additional fee.

Located across the street from Fall Creek Falls and is a peaceful, quiet setting nestled in beside a beautiful lake.

Quiet retreat with private lake - near Fall Creek Falls Park
Nicely decorated and comfortable home for our weekend stay. Well equipped kitchen and a nice view of the small private lake on property. A short drive to Fall Creek Falls St Park.

Perfect getaway location
Our group of 4 has stayed multiple times at this property. It’s become our twice yearly retreat. The house will sleep 8-10 but with 4 bedrooms it’s perfect for us. The kitchen is large and well stocked. The deck and fire pit overlooking the pond is so relaxing. The hosts are extremely nice and accommodating. Our group used to rotate around at different properties until we stayed here. Now this is OUR place.

Great !
The kitchen was well stocked . There is a nice fire pit. We got farm fresh eggs! There were about 7 flies in the kitchen at all times . The kids said their bathroom had bugs but the master bathroom was fine. The piano is in tune! We loved seeing all the farm animals including turkeys in the backyard. Great place!

Nice quite house. My Gtoom played a song on piano night before wedding to friends. It was really nice. It was convenient to wedding venue, but not gas stations except one on way to fall creek with high gas prices. Stores not close. So make sure you bring your grocery with you to avoid long trip to store. Lovely home :)

Brief but wonderful visit
My parents and I stayed here while in town for a funeral, and while the circumstances of our visit weren’t ideal, our accommodations were. This is a truly lovely place to stay. Very clean & comfortable, well-equipped, very convenient to Fall Creek Falls. The setting is peaceful and it was a pleasure to walk around in the morning and see all the neighboring animals. Communication with the host was great. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay!
My friends and I had a wonderful stay here while attending a conference at the nearby park. The house was clean and cozy, with plenty of room for as much socializing or privacy as you'd need. We had coffee on the back patio every morning and watched the birds. It was so nice with plenty of chairs to relax on. The stars at night were breathtaking! The owners were so incredibly nice. I'd definitely stay here again if I was over that way.

Wonderful getaway!
This property was amazing! Host was very responsive and quick to answer all our questions. Lots of room to hang out together inside and out. They offer fresh baked items, however you need to request before your stay to give them time to make the request. There is a sign about hot meals being available however they arent available because the state doesnt allow it. They can bring cold appetizers which was a nice option. I would highly suggest staying at this property.

Weekend of Amazement!
Beautiful private property that surpasses the photos and expectations! Quick feedback from owners made for such an amazing weekend as we were able to plan before arrival. It doesn’t hurt that the property is 5 minutes from God’s created natural water park, Fall Creek Falls! We made us of the piano as we gathered round it for worship on our youth group getaway. Wonderful memories made and an impact to teens lives that will last forever.
