There was no staff at the front desk when we arrived around 4:30pm. There were 3 people waiting in the lobby to check-in, all were growing in frustration. When the staff member arrived (about 15 minutes later), he did not apologize nor attempt to describe why he was late.

The location is good and the bes was confortable but the room amenities were strange. A stovetop but had no pans, plates, or utensils to cook with. There is no in room coffee maker either. TV was small as well. If youre looking for a room to lay your head it works. If youre looking for a traditional room like their competition that comes with coffee makers, pots, and plates because you plan to cook in your room, look elsewhere.

My 11 yr old grandson and I had been driving since very early morning. We arrived at 1:00 pm. Yes, before official check in time but of course there were rooms ready. We were charged $15 to check in an hour early. If we weren’t so tired and hot we’d have stayed in the car.

First put in a room with no toilet--it was under construction. Then into a "no smoking" room that smelled of cigarette smoke and in which the smoke detector had been pulled out of the ceiling. The staff were great in moving us into a nice room on the third try. So "fail" for the rooms but "pass" for the overall assistance.

No one at the desk for 5 minutes to check in. Only 1 small pillow on the bed. Asked for another, it was microscopic. No cups in the room. No coffee maker in the room. No conditioner. Stank of old cigarette smoke. Filthy stairway. Broken parking lot. Continental breakfast was a joke. No internet unless you call for wifi assistance and hold for 10 minutes. No one at checkout for 5 minutes. No plug for the tub.

I liked how clean the room was. I also loved that people could not gain entry without key card. I felt safe and secure. The staff was very friendly and the price was great!

Great location, but .....

The location was great. There was no one at the front desk to great us. When he did come to the desk he was very pleasant. After we went to dinner, came back to take a shower and there was no hot water after running it for over 20 minutes. The breakfast was very disappointing
