Absolutely loved our stay! The front desk staff was so kind and friendly and so was the sweet lady who ran the breakfast bar. The hotel was SO clean. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the indoor pool. We will definitely come back here when visiting the area next year and the years to come. So thankful I found this place!

I couldn't get my online key card to work so i went to the front desk for help. The man that helped me was very polite and helpful and was able to fix the problem right away and even asked if i wanted to upgrade! Very nice staff in the morning when i went down for breakfast. Having a great staff makes a stay memorable. Oh, and the room was very tidy and clean. Some things could've been worked on a little harder such as the front of the dishwasher was greasy and we found chips in the pull out couch. But all in all, very nice. Thank you for nice experience.

The rooms that I paid for to accommodate 5 people wasnt available and we were downgraded to a room that fit 3 people. We paid full price and couldn't be reimbursed because we booked through Expedia. We had to buy blankets and blow up mattresses from a local dept store at 830pm. Staff was really friendly throughout everything and I realize this wasn't their fault.

I want to give the hotel a good review so badly, it’s beautiful and clean in a great location. However the lady at the front desk was unbelievable rude during the check in process. I checked in virtually via the app like the hotel requested I did. I called around noon on October 14th to see if my room was ready and she originally told me no but then changed her mind when I called again a second time because the app said it was ready. I arrived to the property around 1pm and the app said I needed to go to the front desk to verify some of my details in order to get my digital key. I stood at the front desk for 15 minutes while the attendant huffed and puffed while arguing with me saying I wasn’t allowed to check in and refused to listen to me when I told her 3 separate times I already had checked in and just needed a key. It wasn’t until after I asked to talk to someone else that the computer magically told her I was already checked in and she was able to give me a key. It’s a shame I was treated horribly by, in my opinion, the face of the hotel because it set up the mood for the rest of my stay. If she would’ve just listened to me when I first said I already checked in instead of disregarding everything I said to her all of this could’ve been avoided.

Highly recommended!
Definitely the best hotel I've stayed at recently. The staff was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast was also very good with plenty of options. The gym was certainly better than that of other hotels I've stayed at of late, but I didn't get a chance to use the pool. Of course, my kids were just happy to be on an upper floor 🙄
