The place is beautiful but for the price the place should have some more to it and the bathroom sink is broke it’s just glued on the ceiling has mold or black stuff on it in bathroom the bath tub had black hairs in it before we used it and we have brown hair so wasn’t us . Nice place over all

When we checked in we were assigned a room that had a very bad odor (mildew smell). I called before we settled in, and they said they had no other rooms but would come and set up a purifier the next day when we were out of the room. My husband is fragrance-sensitive, so after breakfast, I stopped at the desk to make sure there would be no smelly cleaners or sprays used. They sent someone right away who came to the room and determined that we should be able to move to a "sensitivity" room. We moved to that room and it was fabulous. I think we might have gotten the sub-par room because we were Travelocity customers, but I am not certain. Nevertheless, they made it right and we were pleased. Also, the manager on the weekend was unbelievably hospitable; very visible int he dining room clearing plates for people, friendly friendly. I gave him the feedback, and he said, "thanks...I get paid by the smile". That made a huge impression on me. how perfect!!!
