NEWLY RENOVATED COZY 2BR 1B NEW APPLIANCES

You will love my wonderful clean fresh newly renovated space. Complete with brand new appliances, and a fully loaded kitchen. My place will offer the comfortably just like home and would be great for a family with kids, couples, and business travelers. The space is completely private for you. The home is very comfortable equipped with central air and fresh clean new beddings. Having two bedrooms and one bathroom with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner. You can pack light when you come!

One huge master bedroom with a Queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. And a fold out bed in closet.

Kitchen is equipped with completely brand kitchenware, dining wares, pots, pans, cups etc....WE HAVE IT ALL! Did I forget to tell you that there’s a Keurig coffee machine ready for you to pop your favorite k cup in!

Washer and dryer are also in the house.

The unit itself reminded me of my landlord days.Older building being remodeled.Clean.Easy walk to Heinz stadium (I refuse to use the new name) and the amenities in that area.Quiet and safe feeling neighborhood.Had difficulty with the entrance lock but quickly resolved by the Host.Our host was fairly timely communicating which is huge in my view.I would book this unit again if I wished to attend a baseball or football game.

Very Quick to Fix Things
We had a great stay. The thermostat is shared with another unit, and they kept changing the AC to 60, freezing us out, but the landlord locked the thermostat at a reasonable temp within 10 minutes of us reaching out to him. He was very responsive and very accommodating!

We arrived to a large pile of garage outside the unit and inside, the gas stove was on and the refrigerator wasn't clean. The table was set with dusty dishes and there were crumbs on the couch. A couple of the chairs at the table were wobbly. The bed was comfortable and the location was great. With a little TLC, this place would be a wonderful place to stay. You could hear the people upstairs walking. Communication was okay, though check-in instructions were only sent a couple of hours before check-in time and were never actually posted on the Vrbo website. Same with wifi information. Guests are expected to wash their own dishes and take out their own trash.

Football weekend
Great place to stay for a guys football trip weekend! Host was quick to respond whenever I had questions. Location is excellent for walking to football games, but not much around otherwise. Nice to not have to worry about parking too!

Property owner canceled after taking my money.
Horrendous experience. The property was available for the 9th and 10th. I scheduled those dates, paid the rental costs/fees in full, and received a confirmation. The next morning Antoin canceled on me. He reversed the fee and canceled reservation before he reached out to me. We had to book two hotels rooms, last minte, at a significant premium. The cost was substantially more than the VRBO reservation we made made in good faith and had confirmed. And I could not get through the VRBO telephone number for help.
