I greatly appreciated how close it was to the airport and to locations I was visiting, as well as shopping and restaurants. I had some problems with the parking; There was a lot of snow and the parking stretches out from the building, so I had to park pretty far away and walk across snow and ice to get to the lobby.

Our greeting at reception was very happy and friendly. He asked what brought us to town and made some nice small talk. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The heating unit worked and wasn’t loud. The shampoo and conditioner were of good quality. The room was a good size and clean! I felt safe and relaxed while here.

Comfortable beds, close to the airport

Pros: The beds.
Cons: The grout in the bathroom needed some attention.
Location: Close to the airport.
At the end of a very long travel day, I really appreciated the comfortable bed. That was exactly what we needed. The room is somewhat small, as all newer hotels tend to be. The arrangement of the bathroom door was somewhat awkward.

Pros: It was convenient to the area I needed to be in and closed to the airport.
Cons: Get some more cleaning staff so not just one person is left to clean all the rooms on the floor.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Overall it was good. I think it is a very busy hotel and I think they must be understaffed. When I check-in they asked if I would forgo housekeeping for an additional 500 Marriott points - which I said no to. Then the third day/night of my stay I got no housekeeping, which I had to call to the front desk for clean towels and soap. Not what I would expect from a well rated Marriott.
