The property did not look like the pictures on web. Room had unsafe sockets and some didnt wirk. My so called hot tub did not have any steps to get into it and it was high off the floor. Large ants in the room. People banging on my shower wall cause the fan came on anytime you put the light on. People parking their truck in front of my windiw taking up 2 spaces and management telling me it was ok. I asked him to ask them to move their truck but he would not. Asked for extra towels at check in and he said you dont need extra towels there are plenty in the room. There were 3. This whole experience has left me so disappointed. Went to go to breakfast and they had 1 chair for the tables and just sweets. Nothing hot or inviting. I paid a premium price for this room and got nothing what I wanted in a stress free night.

The room was way smaller and so was the hot tub and tv than what was shown in your picture. The air conditioner did not work right and the hot tub was dirty. We left our stay after just 2 hours and went home on our 20th anniversary. very unhappy

They definitely need to update furniture, had a musty old smell to it . The hot tub/ jacuzzi was nice . The air conditioner did not work .

Paid for a jacuzzi suit got a jacuzzi room. The hot tub was broken, spewed water in our faces. The phone in the room was dead could not call front desk. Hot tib was dufficult to get in and out there were no steps. The room smelled musty, and the complimentary breakfast wS not served. This facility is horrible. They should be charging 60 bucks a night not 200.
