We have stayed here many times over the past decade. The property is not being maintained. In our room (#123) there was a plunger for the toilet (definitely needed several times), the lights over one of the beds didn't work, the clock didn't work, the hairdryer didn't work, there were only 2 sets of towels for 3 adult guests, and the room was not cleaned.

We were in town for the BMX race and also in the middle of moving from ny to tn. We had our pet with us and the hotel was accommodating

the room needed an upgrade; paint peeling at the baseboards; the heating cooling unit looked broken and smelled when I used it and immediately turned it off; the bathroom had human hair in the shower on the floor which was a big turn off for me ever using this facility again.

Thanks for staying with us. We have separate thermostats on the wall by the bed that control the heat in the room. The a/c unit is just for cooling the room.
