Location was nice.
Did not appreciate housekeeping coming in unannounced the day of check out before we had checked out. Did not appreciate housekeeping getting mad at us when they wanted to clean during early morning breakfast hours. One day they never came to clean. The day they did come did not restock tissues, did not restock towels or toilet paper. The bathroom light did not work and said they would come the next day (Saturday) When we called down on Saturday they stated it would not be until Monday.

Going above and beyond!
The hotel was as expected- comfortable, relaxing, convenient. It's what you expect when booking a Marriott. However, the people were friendly, engaging, quick to respond, and accommodating to our needs. We were there for a funeral. We asked for 6 copies of the Pittsburgh Post which had the Obit. However, it was not a paper they had. They made sure we had 6 perfect copies waiting for us first thing in the morning. Amazing. Being unfamiliar with the town, they ensured we got what we needed. Max, their driver, rode us to local pmaces as needed with a constant smile. He treated us like we were his only customer. I cannot say enough about the entire staff- front desk, cleaning people, those taking care of breakfast and social hours. It made an extremely difficult time so much easier on the whole family who stayed there. The hotel is close to Heinz field, shops, restaurants, and downtown. Great location, fantastic service!! Would stay there again.

wonderful stay!
we had very short notice to help our son move into his new house and tried Travelocity for the first time and found a wonderful hotel from the moment we walked in they made us feel important . The room was incredible and luxurious and surprise surprise really good breakfast the next morning for a last minute reservation I couldn't have found a better place
