I stayed at this property for 10 days with my husband and two friends. The staff was super helpful, especially when there was the first hurricane coming through the area in 25 years. We felt safe and secure. I do wish the hot tub worked and I think the Laguna restaurant could use some improvements, and the pizza at Tonito’s is overpriced, but there are lots of other great restaurants in the area. I would definitely return for another stay in beautiful Belize.

The room was decent except the terrible sewer smell from the water the last day that we had to bathe with and brush our teeth. We paid extra for the ocean side , but we found out people we upgraded to the ocean side for free because they were doing renovations which I am sure the hotel knew about when i booked this. The phone in the room never worked. I told atleast 1-2 employees about this daily since I arrived. It was never fixed and therefore we had to walk across the street to the front desk for any questions or problems, booking transportation times, telling them the tv was not working etc. Very inconvenient. There was bad communication on transportation times to go into town and for our airport departures. They seem to have bad communication.

The property was nice an clean. There were not very many amenities, spa was very small with limited appointments, no activities. The food was overpriced for the quality. Breakfast was the best meal. Staff was very friendly.

The property was beautiful! Updates have been made and it shows. I stayed on the sunset side, very calming and relaxing. Full kitchen , nice bathrooms , all around a nice hotel.

The resort is beautiful and the staff are attentive and friendly. The gym needs new equipment but overall a great location and resort.

The staff was very nice, but disorganized and very slow. Also, they charged exorbitant rates for the tours leaving from the hotel. You can get much better rates going into town and booking them yourself.
