Bedrooms have been updated, bathrooms recently updated with new shower, toilet and bath vanity. Air Conditioning worked well on a 95 degree day. Swimming pool and spa area clean. Breakfast included but get there early since they really only prep it once. Last time they ran out of coffee, waffle mix and syrup. But I had breakfast at 6:30 am this time and it was similar to others with free breakfast, waffles, muffins, toast, cereal and yogurt.
-- The TV was good size, the mini fridge and microwave worked, the bed was comfy but I wish they didn't starch the bed linen so much. The sheets feel rather scratchy.
-- The building exterior is rather drab as are the hallways but those things are far outweighed by the good features and a good nights sleep.

I was initially a little disappointed because the exterior, lobby and hallways are pretty dated.
Things improved in the room. Shower and Toilet recently upgraded. Air conditioning worked nicely. The bed was nice and comfortable.
They had a pool being enjoyed mostly by kids and teens in 90 degree temps.
Disappointed along with several guests. The included breakfast is supposed to last till 9 am. but when i showed up at 8 am, No Coffee, No Waffle batter, No syrup. Juice, eggs and sausage were stikk available along with plain baggles. I was hungry but morning without coffee is just not right.
I would visit again and get up early for breakfast

Lots of transient type people at hotel. Curtains ripped and not hung properly. Room was not tended too for second day. There was garbage that needed to be picked up on property, etc.

Room was clean overall but the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months, the floor had the dirt set in. Also they provide one very thin bar of soap barely enough for one shower. The pool, jacuzzi and breakfast were good.
