Beautiful newly renovated home, perfect for a Super Bowl party with friends or for, family and friends headed to enjoy Disney World or the Tampa Bay night life. Incredible kitchen with All new and modern appliances: stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A brand new full size washer and dryer. An All Electric house. A bathroom for every bedroom, strong WiFi, handicap accessible. Sleeps up to 16 people. Great outdoor fun areas with a hot tub to die for, with deck and bar area, barbecue grill and covered patio with television and bar for watching sports. Perfect Mother In Law or Best Friends or Children’s Private Suite. Special amenities: Coffee maker, pancake maker grill, waffle maker machine, microwave, juicer and toaster. Lots of family games.

Fresh organic eggs available every day from an active chicken hen pen. Great for educating children.

Horrible, did not stay, left immediately
House smelled, 2 dogs in cage in the back yard, found fleas on us maybe from back yard ? Canceled reservation still waiting on a refund.

Ok could've been better
Upon arrival maintenance was fixing a bathroom problem. Which is acceptable. But in the same bathroom the toilet ran the whole stay. The house had mice. We heard them in the ceiling as well as seen one run across floor. Back yard had large chicken pen full of chickens. Evidently the whole neighborhood had chickens. Every morning around 3:30 and 4:00 the roosters would go off. The chickens and roosters ran threough the neighborhood. Upon arrival we found mens underwear hanging over a door. We also found the master bedroom shower drain full of hair as well as hair throughout the shower area. The house was located close to our activity for the weekend. I would not choose to stay there again. House needs some TLC and cleaning crew needs to learn how to clean a house.
