This resort is in the perfect area for for lots of shopping and food options to walk to while also easy to drive around if you choose to have a rental car. The resort is clean and beautiful with lots of wildlife that sneak around. The 3 pools are small but nice and then each is easy to access although it is a smaller area. As a solo traveler, the staff made my stay feel like home as I got to know some of them and greatly appreciated their tips of places to visit. I will return!

I honestly think this resort is a hidden gem! The grounds are beautiful, quiet, safe and immaculate…so much so that there’s even local wildlife that roam around in between each individual hut. The atmosphere is very chill in the garden area where I have now returned to three times. I opt for garden area as opposed to beach front because it’s cheaper, quieter and honestly prettier! The staff are all extremely friendly especially Enrique and Rogelio!! Genuinely enjoyed them and their language teachings. Great food choices (Kobe steak)with the option to easily walk a block or two and find Vegan, French or Italian cuisine. Never felt unsafe. I will never stay elsewhere in Playa. Definitely charming and more boutique style. If you like a fancy high rise this isn’t the place for you unfortunately.

This resort is a beautiful step back into nature .. the bungalows are nestled into the manicured grounds, listening to the songs of the exotic birds and watching the local animals scurrying around. Great peaceful, relaxing atmosphere… we look forward to seeing all the amazing staff that is genuine in their attitude to make your visit a great experience.
