The staff and resort were great. Could have used a little paint in some areas, but that is the toll you take being right on the ocean.

Very disappointed. Could not sit on the beach, the ocean dirty, full of seaweed. The check-in was very slow. Not all pertinent information was given at time of check in. Never received cards for the beach towels. Representatives of the hotel always trying to get you to listen to their pitch by luring you with discounted services. No shuttle service available to Playa Del Carma. Other hotels offer shuttle service. Food quality was fair. Would not stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful property and friendly and helpful staff. Antonio and Karen were especially helpful. Staff at Sakura could be more friendly and accommodating to their guests.

This was a bad experience, and I spent the first 4 days of a 7 day vacation trying to get a resolution. I asked to be put back into the original room choice, and the difference in the money refunded, and they told me that they would not refund the additional $900 that I spent. Do not pay for a Master Suite, and please don't pay the premium expecting that there is a value. The food and service were not good in the premium area. I asked to be put back to the Rooftop Suite (my original choice), and to have the days that were not used refunded. I was told that they could downgrade the room, and that I would have to sign a waiver, but they would not refund the unused $150 per day for the upgrade. Again, this started on day one of my vacation. Again, this was a bad experience! Do not pay for the higher level of service, there is no value in it.

The staff was very helpful , and respectful they make sure i had a great bday weekend, the restaurants are great and all the food around it’s delicious, we feel safe around the hotel was very clean and whit all covid required needs . We had a girl that help us tru our vacation from the privilege lounge she was the sweetest. We be definitely back loved .
