Dear Guest, We regret the poor impression you had about the resort and the inconvenience you had to face. We will review every single point you are mentionning to improve and take measures to correct, where possible. The hotel has different areas for families, adults and members of the vacational club, and different color wristbands. In cases like yours the hotel can make an exception and you can ask to upgrade your wristbands to the adults only so that you can stay in adults areas, without your son, and enjoy all the areas. Again, we are very sorry that your overall vacation was not up to your expectations. We hope to have the chance to serve you again in the future and be able to change your perception. Regards.
