property was clean and convenient to other locations. the food was on the “ok” side, the breakfast was luke warm at best, food from the rooftop was a little bit better. had to make a complaint that somehow towels would be replaced when the room was cleaned but no washcloths, 2 days in a row i had to get up and go down to the front desk and ask for washcloths because i couldn’t understand which button on the phone was for the front desk. lastly the staff was friendly but seemingly not enough staff willing to speak moderate english for this tourist establishment but if i come back i’ll try to learn a little more spanish too

My husband and I and friends came here for 6 days. I have to say, our favorite spot was the rooftop bar with the pool and all the "snacks" they offered. Their fish tacos and shrimp tostadas are AMAZING! I think we pretty much lived off of those. The foam party on a Sunday was super fun, their waitresses and bartenders are great. I had no issues with the service there. Israel in the lobby area was really nice and helpful as well. I wish I knew all the bartender names that assisted us, but the ones in the lobby area were really friendly, made conversation with us. Thanks to Miguel aka Mike as well, he checked on us to make sure we were having a good time.
Overall this place was pretty cool, my biggest issue was, NO ROOM SERVICE. After a whole day and night of drinking, I get munchies and there's no food to eat. And if you miss breakfast you have to wait a few hours for lunch to begin. So I definitely will keep an eye out when booking another resort. If it's all inclusive I need food 24hr around the clock, you also CANNOT bring food back to your room at all, that's also a thumbs down. One morning I was have heart issues and my husband had to leave the resort to grab me a bite to eat because I couldn't get out of bed. (hit the pizza place on 5th ave.$2 slices)Definitely take advantage of Xcaret and Xplor, arrive early, get the package from the hotel because the cab drivers will try and rip you off. Anyway, it was an good experience.

Cleaniness.new.freindly staff. Sansitizer everywhere but not mandated ro use.Sometimes noisy at nite. Late lunch hr. Not everything inclusive. Tv remote not working .may be no cable. Beef taco too spicy. Breaffast sandwich bot covered. Tong used by everyone .
