This was a beautiful resort right on the ocean. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly right from check in, to cleaning service, bar staff, restaurant staff etc… they were there to take care of your every need. The grounds were incredible. Stunning foliage and so well maintained. The buffet was a bit dismal but the pool bar and other two a la carte restaurants along with the Teppankayi show were the best we’ve experienced in Mexico. The kids club was also exceptionally well run. We didn’t try it out until the end of our trip and wish we would have had the kids experience it sooner as they loved it and enjoyed getting to play and meet other kids at the resort! A wonderful, quiet and family friendly resort coming highly recommended!!!

The staff could not have been more friendly and responded to all our requests quickly and efficiently. The resort is meticulously maintained. The food at the 2 à la carte restaurants in the main building (Los Murales and Kinoko) was beautifully presented and delicious.

The service was fantastic. The rooms were wonderful. The grounds are big enough that there is always somewhere else to go but easily walkable. Tennis courts were great. Game room was a hit with the kids. All in all, a perfect family vacation spot.

Hotel stay was great…from the food to the staff we had a very positive experience. The all inclusive package is the way to go. The restaurants for lunch and dinner were excellent. Breakfast buffet was pretty good. Dinner buffet was average at best. Pool area was nice but the beach area is lacking due to erosion.

Right from the start we had poor service which continued throughout the whole vacation. Wait staff was poor and at times rude. Beach had litter everywhere, transport was expensive to get to the hotel from the airport, shuttle service had limited times and if you missed it there was no alternative but to pay $30 for a 5 min taxi ride. Food was mediocre at best. We won’t be back and would not recommend
