A smaller resort, yet it has everything you need within proximity. It was perfect, not too crowded, even when there seemed to be more people staying there. Towels always available for the beach. The spa was delightful. I would stay there again.

The hotel is not too big and not too small in a very good location. I have booked this hotel multiple times over the years and have always been overall pleased with everything. The variety of food in the buffet restaurant does seem to fluctuate now but it is always adequate. I will definitely return.

Excelente servicio. Las actividades de entrenamiento son muy buenas. El ambiente es muy familiar. Ernesto de recepción nos dio una cálida bienvenida y nos explicó todos los servicios del resort. El personal del hotel es muy servicial y cordial. Se encuentra ubicado en un área privada y muy segura.

they were racist they would not let us use all the amenities. But they would let the Spanish people. I had to have a meeting with the manager I had to file a complaint and still nothing happened. I elevated the situation today to Viva Wyndham and I’m waiting for a reply. I had the worst time I’ve never seen such racism against Americans and nobody would help us yet we had to pay full price for the hotel. I tried to elevate to customer service and they refused to give us the name of the manager I had to find out for a bartender. I will never go back.
