As you drive up to this exquisite custom home, you are greeted by palm trees and lush gardens. As you step in through the front doors, your gaze is immediately drawn through the house to the ocean and volcanoes beyond. This home has 5 large bedroom suites, 2 bedrooms on the main floor, 1 queen and 1 king (master), walkout level has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 long twin beds, and two with king beds. Each are steps away from the 45 ft. pool that boasts a hot tub. Imagine, night time, sky full of stars, sitting in the pool after a day of fun, sipping a drink!!! Next to the pool is a hand painted tropical jungle Rancho with wet bar and washroom. The hot tub is set to heat from 4pm to 9pm.The upstairs boasts a gourmet kitchen, large great room with cathedral wood ceilings, cable TV, wireless internet, laundry, 2 bedrooms and large balcony with barbecue. The lower level has a custom kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, living area with cable TV and large balcony that extends to the pool.
Lots of activities await you, great fishing, zip lining, white water rafting or tubing, hiking the dormant volcanoes, walk the hanging bridges at the top of the forest canopy, zoo, surf, scuba, volcano mud baths and hot springs, to name a few. I will provide you with a list of all the area activities and tours. Some you can see by yourself, or our concierge can provide and book a full selection of tours for you.

Our concierge can also arrange a cook to wow your palette and also help to rent a car.

What a view
When you walk into the house, you will be absolutely amazed at the view. The house has everything you need with plenty of room. On occasion howler monkeys would visit the area, actually one woke us up one morning it was so close and so vocal. We recommend Ocotal Beach. Clear and beautiful water. The only thing that I didn’t like was the lack of control of the jacuzzi. It is on between 5 and 10, and if you want to use it any earlier than 5, you have no control. The staff was helpful. You will enjoy a stay here.

Playa Hermosa with the Zindis Group
Our stay was 3/23/24 to 3/30/24. Beautiful house on a very steep hill so we were glad we did not rent a car. Zindis did a great job on our excursion list and even when we added an excursion they did not advertise, they were able to find us a fantastic tour guide with a lot of knowledge who educated us. We had a great time and will not hesitate to go through VRBO the next time we plan a trip.

Adult vacation
March 9-19, 2024. There were 8 adults total staying here. 3 adults sharing the bathroom with the twin bed/ king bed rooms- wasnt ideal but we managed. It was very HOT in CR. The downstairs stayed very cool, but the upstairs was warmer. We did not mess with the air conditioning in the living/dining/kitchen area as requested, it was set at 80. The bedrooms all had there own ac units as well as ceiling fans, although the upstairs bedrooms didnt cool as well. Dining room fit all of us well. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes, pots and pans and utensils that we needed. We did take advantage of the coolers in the garage (they even had chairs for the beach, bit we didnt use them). The beds were a little firm but ok. The bedrooms were all very spacious with closets and drawers and hangers. The outside dining area and other chairs were comfortable as well as the pool chairs. The pool and hot tub water levels were a little low (I think due to it being so hot mid to high 90’s all week). The water was pretty warm perfect really. We had two vehicles and had plenty of room to park. The “gate guards” were really nice and helped us with unloading the garbage at the bottom the driveway as well as opening the gate for us. The view is spectacular and we loved watching the howler monkeys and their babies!
It was only a 10-15 minute drive to Coco beach and about 10 min drive to playa Hermosa beach and 30 minute drive to airport. We would definitely book this place again

Couples Bucket List Trip to CR
Beautiful, quiet, clean property with a million dollar view. The property was one of the highlights of our trip and the perfect place to relax and cook dinner after our daily excursions. The Howler Monkeys that visited us during our stay was a the cherry on top of a great trip! The property is more beautiful than the pictures…I highly recommend this property.

Playa hermosa
We had a great time. The house was beautiful. Pictures didn’t do it justice. kids loved the pool and the view was amazing. It was nice to be in a gated community and close to different beaches. The only negative thing I would say is that we did the grocery service where they shopped for us before we arrived. None of the food or drinks were cold. They didn’t turn the fridge on until the morning of our arrival. So we had nothing cold until the next morning. Other than that it was great! Thanks again!

The Palms
The Palms house is decadent, amazing and uber clean. Stunning views, spotless pool, tons of rooms and all the kitchen items needed to make meals.
We loved our stay and was more than needed for four adults and a teenage son.

Pura Vida!
Nice property with an amazing view! We were 2 families of 4 with plenty of room in this house. The pool, hot tub, outdoor space and of course the view were highlights. Short drive to the beach. We used boogie boards and chairs from the property when we went to the beach. We used the grill and prepared several meals at the house and had all the equipment needed. It was fun to see all the NYE fireworks on the beach and at the Four Seasons from the balcony of the property. Pura Vida!

Relaxing Vacation
Overall the property was fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable. The A/C in the main living area could have been better, never cooled below 80. There was plenty of room for everyone and supplies were endless. The view from the property was great and seeing the monkeys in the morning was awesome. Good communication with the host prior to arriving and the property manager was helpful.
