"I went there for my birthday solo. Airport Transfer was smooth and very quick. Staff made me feel so special and welcomed. My room was big, clean and away from noises. Lots of food variety for each meal. Fresh and delicious. On my birthday night staff brought me a cake with a candle and 6 of them started singing for me and left me a small cake in my room with a card to surprise me after. Service is excellent from front desk to cleaners to restaurant staff to bar staff, entertainment staff all are very nice, kind and respectful. You’ll feel welcomed. The entire hotel is Super clean. They are always cleaning the facility. They keep offering different kinds of drinks at the beach. Food and drinks are excellent. Coffee at the lobby cafeteria is amazing, I was obsessed by it. Entertainment staff are supper excellent and very professional. My favourite ones are Andress, Diana and the rest, I just can’t remember all the names. Every night I had a blast even though I was by myself. I recommend Rui Palace for your vacation. I gotta say I was impressed. "

"This is not a large resort with a huge amount of options but I love the quaint feel here. Main dining room - buffet style is good & changed main dishes daily - food was good. Beach & pools were nice. Room was a good size & the setting is like a jungle. Staff are fantastic everywhere. I will be back for sure!!"
