Room was really nice and clean, Mayna was great upon check in, however the lighting at the front desk was rather dark and hard to see what I was initialing as well as signing. We asked for an extra blanket and they were prompt in bringing that to our room, great room for the price! We will be back this summer!

The only thing I liked about the hotel was the laundry room was free. The continental breakfast was awful including the coffee was the worst. We had a hard time opening our door and they wouldnt fix it. They never wanted to fix anything or doing anything when there was a complaint. The person above us was loud all night and they never did anything about it. We stayed for 13 days and because of this they only changed the bedding and clean the room on fridays. The rest of the time they just take your garbage, make your bed, and give you fresh towels. They showed up at random times. It was never consistent so most of the time we were in the room while she was there. I asked a couple times for the bed to be changed cause we were sick and house keeping said it was limited service and they didnt know when it would be changed when shes supposed to do it on request. I complained and the front desk said they would change it and they never did until my husand went to the front desk the next day when it still wasnt done because of limited service. They changed it after that. They are supposed to change it on request no matter what. We had dogs and i felt i needed to buy a broom to clean the floor from the dog hair and dog kibble my dogs would make a mess with cause the limited service didnt do floors except fridays. A car had parked the wrong way in the parking lot and took up 3 spaces and we complained they refused to call for it to get towed. I felt I didnt get my moneys worth.

Excellent location. Housekeeping didnt come even tho my request tag was on the door so I had to ask for service at front desk. The room had a stuffy smell due to the cooking facilities being in same living room area so I had to keep air freshener and Lysol handy

The staff at the front desk is extremely rude. They do not even acknowledge that your there.The breakfast is disgusting. They rent out to people with low standards that apparently like to party all night during the weekdays. The staff gets snippy with you when you report a problem. There was a random person who was not even a guest walking around the premises and asked to get my number!!! There are people standing every morning on the grass looking for work. Extreme hostile environment. Save your money and find a better place.
