Front desk staff very unfriendly. My husband and I were trying to greet the staff several times, and they did not even look at us. On Saturday the girl at the front desk showed not personality, good manners nor any kind of hospitality. Today when we left, the man at the front desk did not greet us and he never made eye contact with my husband. We never complain, but if somebody is working in hospitality, should show manners and a better attitude tours to the guests.

Staff was friendly, didnt have any issues so cant comment on thier troubleshooting. Check in was easy. Offered a reasonably priced "box breakfast" for $5, we didnt try it so no comment on quality. Coffee/ tea in room was usual hotel room fare/quality. Everything was clean, room seemed in good shape. Pool was open and clean, its not huge but that was fine with us, in non covid times the hot tub would be nice. Only downside is i still havent got a reciept that supposedly was going to be emailed to me so now i have to call them.

Beautiful lobby and rooms. Wonderful staff. Only thing that i was not thrilled with is the jacuzzi being closed after calling a few days ahead to confirm it was open.
