This house is in a quiet neighborhood. The yard is fenced in. 4 bed, 1 bath. 2 bedrooms are upstairs, and 2 are down. The kitchen is clean and compact, with everything you would need to make a nice meal. The bedroom at the bottom of the stairs is in more of an open space, and doesn't have a door.
The property is on a corner lot, and parking is available in the car port on the right side of the house. There is enough room for 2 cars. Otherwise, parking is available on the street. We are about one block from Yellowstone Ave, the main street in Pocatello. Fred Meyer is about a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away.
