For the most part our stay was very nice. However, a handle needs to be put in the bathroom for getting in and out of the tub. I am 78 years old and slipped. Also there was no towel bar in the bath and we had to drape our wet face cloths and towels over the tub to dry.

Really, no elevator to the second floor? I have a very bad ankle and it was extremely difficult to get up and down the stairs.

Parking problems

We drove a pickup pulling a trailer. We were told we can not park in their parking lot, because they did not allow trailers. We were told to park in the next hotel's parking lot. Very uneasy feeling that we are at the next hotel's mercy for parking privileges. Needless to say we got up at 5 am and left. Because of this policy, we won't be back as we travel pulling a trailer quite often.
