The property was old and run down. The food was horrible and they had a hard time staffing. Then i hear the room rate could of been cheaper by $20 a night from another customer. It was a all around terrible experience.

The exterior needs better maintenance. Dead bushes remover, beer bottles picked up out of the parking lot. Things of that sort.

The property is a bit old and I know this because I worked there back in the 80's. But my room was overall good. The bathroom had a couple of lights out but that was no big deal. I would stay there again.

I phoned thier reservation number prior to booking to confirm they had a breakfast like the website said . I was told yes but at lhe desk only dash and go muffin. Don’t like being lied to. The air condition / heating unit is to noisy to sleep . Had to get up in middle of the night to figure how to unplug the unit because it wouldn’t shut off.

Brooke B., the front desk manager, was very gracious and friendly. They are going through a slow (due to issues beyond their control) and extensive remodeling so it is a mixture of very outdated and some updated features. They aren't able to provide breakfast. However, the room was clean and functional. The rates were low. Give the people that work there grace and be kind. If you are in a time warp and expecting the high quality of the Red Lions of yesteryear, you will be disappointed. But if you are wanting pleasant service at an inexpensive cost, you will be satified.

When i checked out the man at the counter was super rude. Also, they advertise breakfast but after youve already booked the room and get there they let you know there is NO breakfast. We planned our trip to save mo ey by booking room with breakfast.
