Weekend Getaway
The house was inviting and comfortable. We were lucky to see some dear walk through the nearby property. The fire pit was the high point , we sat in front of the fire for 6 hours. Thanks.

Potential, but a few issues
The house has had some work done since the pictures were taken, there is no bunk bed anymore, but the room worked fine for us. Overall the house was ok but had two big issues. The bathtub fixtures (faucet, shower head, water control) are not secured and feel like they’ll fall off when you use them, and the tub itself has no grip on the floor, so it’s uncomfortably slippery. The other major issue is the backyard; it seems like the drainage to the septic field is through a flexible plastic hose that’s just laying on the ground. When we would shower or flush the toilet, water would spout out of the hose and soak the yard. That part of the yard is permanently saturated and smells as if it’s soaked in sewage water.

Arrowhead Lake Cabin
We were very excited about this stay, however, upon arrival we quickly noticed things wrong. The couch was wet and we could not even sit on it. Towels and pillows were also wet. The washer and dryer was broken so we could not even wash towels and had to go to the store to buy clean ones. There was a room with a bunk bed but the top bunk could not be slept on because it was so wobbly I was nervous it would break with my child on it. I had to put my youngest in a full size bed with me and my husband. Additionally, I went to the yard to start the grill for dinner, but the igniter would not light so that could not be used either. If it was not for all of these issues I would have left a better review but we had a terrible experience in this house. I will say communication with the property manager was good in terms of quick response even though nothing was fixed during our 5 day stay. The location of the community is wonderful. 4 different lakes/beaches that are very cute and have playgrounds as well. I recommend the community arrowhead lake but definitely not this specific cabin.

Nice Time at Arrowhead Lake
Overall good time, would have been nice to know the washer and dryer was not working given the size of the family we had. Also pleasantly surprise by the fire pit out back as well as the patio chairs on the front porch. Saw a lot of wildlife on the property up real close.

Arrowhead community is very nice . The lake and the pools . The property is awful . The house is a dump. It feels like the shower spigot will rip off the wall . The tiles are all cracked . There are spider webs all over the place . The one room has no ac and gets so hot . It smells a bit musty / moldy . The washer does not drain . The floors are sticky . Beds are very uncomfortable. The yard is in complete disarray. 0/10 would not recommend.

We loved our stay, great area and the house was nice and comfortable. The bathroom did leak when it rained, so the floor was soaked. Other then that it was amazing and I would stay again.

Weekend Trip
The house was in a perfect location to get to all of the amenities. We had a lot of fun going to the beaches and the pools. Check in and check out was really easy. The house was not very clean, we had to clean mostly everything before using it. There was also no lock for the trashcans so every morning I had to pick up trash from bears getting into the trash. Overall we had a very nice time, but we wish we felt more comfortable in the house from the level of clean it was.

Great Getaway in the Woods!
Property was great for my family of 4; plenty of space, bunk beds for the kids, deer sightings outside the rear window. Property manager was available by text when needed. The community at large was more populous than expected; limited swimming in the lake itself, anticipate busy beach and pools, but the property itself was lovely and as advertised. Definitely recommend!

The amenities and location of the property were absolutely perfect. The cleanliness of the home poor
The amenities and location of this property were perfect. The cleanliness was very poor. The overall condition of this home needs to be seriously looked at. The dining room floor near the back door is soft and feels like it is going to cave in at any time period I saw cracks in the windows when the windows were shut which means structural fault. There there were snakes or slugs climbing through the drain in the bathtub. The overall property had broken glass and broken glass and garbage strewn about. Out. I took the grill cover off to make dinner and the front doors fell off. Just to name a few Like I said this property means to be seriously looked at before someone gets hurt

Property was not as advertised. The house is in very poor condition. Pictures were misleading.
Very disappointed. The property is in need of maintenance inside and out. Windows would not work, baseboard heater falling from the wall. Bathroom door would not open completely and much of the caulking is cracked and/or missing. Plumbing fixtures were very loose and about to pull away from the wall. Dining room chair legs were broken. All paint surfaces need attention. The damage fee is a joke. We couldn’t have done anymore damage if we tried! I know this seems impossible, but has anyone checked this property recently? We are responding to the owners/managers as well, but would deeply appreciate your attention to this matter.
