This beautiful villa is located in eco-ethno village Gornja Podstrana and offers you a peaceful and quiet location with a spectacular vista of Adriatic sea and islands.
It’s most beautiful feature is endless swimming pool which offers great view. The pool is heated and equipped with counter current swimming machine so you can relax and exercise at your pleasure, or you can just enjoy yourself in the sunbathing area equipped with sun beds and umbrella. The swimming pool is 7 x 5 m with water depth 1,6m.
The villa also offers spacious terrace that runs along the length of the house and is equipped with outdoor lounge / furniture, table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy the view.
The spacious living room and dining area with wide glass wall also offers a beautiful view and it is air-conditioned. Adjoining the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine. In the back garden there is a covered barbecue.
Villa accommodates 4 guests in two charming double bedrooms (one with double bed, and another with 2 separated / twin beds) and at your request can accommodate additional 2 guests in the pullout couch. Linen and bath towels are provided. The villa also contains a bathroom with a shower and separate toilet.

Villa is situated high on the hill with steep winding road (typical mountain road, in places one-car road) leading to it and location offers peace and quiet, but at the same time vicinity to all facilities, historical and cultural sites, shops, restaurants, and nightlife in Split. Nearest restaurant is within walking distance (some 200 m away). Beach is 2 km away. Grocery store/supermarket is also 2 km away, city of Split is 12 km away.
This is the perfect location for cycling tourism since the area offers several very interesting cycling trails passing near the villa.
