Marina, Sorry about difficulty with WIFI we have a highly secure system and front desk would have been happy to a assist. We also have on staff service personnel who deal with all issues if you had let them know we would have resolve them. We have the best location and did not deserve a 2.

Thanks for taking the time, We maintain a clean facility, renovations where underway until the Mayor of Point Pleasant Beach and his three council puppets obstructed us. We hope to complete renovations however Mayor Kanitra of Point Needs to work with us not obstruct us.

Let us check in early. Super friendly! quick walk to the board walk and beach. Easy parking. They have a heated pool. Didnt actually go in but it looked nice.

Not cool

The place was a dump with bugs. Luckily I brought my own sheets and plastic to cover the bed along with flip flops for the shower. This was ok. We Expected it. I am not 100% sure if what I killed on the headboard was a bed bug or just something from outside. Great proximity to the beach so we dealt with it. I also put our bags in large trash bags and kept them off the floor just in case. What got me was the fact that they charge their guests for parking. This is absurd!! Then, they give you a hard time about it and try to get you to park on the street so they have more space because they also allow the public to park their for a higher rate. Money hungry!!! Inconsiderate to their paying guests. AND then, we were blocked in so we were forced to walk back to the boardwalk for dinner. God forbid we want to get our car back out to drive to a restaurant without a hassle or hour wait.

Sorry but this is a misrepresentation of what and who we are. We are so close to the central boardwalk that we have managed parking lots to assures first that guests have parking. We additionally have other parking lots that we do use for public parking however guest spots are always assured! Guests can always get to their cars. As for your other issues we can rely on the many positive reviews. We take great pride in what we present our beds are already protected with bed sacks so that is simply untrue, the remaining representation speak to your personal affinity for the issues you are complaining of when traveling. . Unfortunate that you must characterize a small seasonal family owned business in this manner. Thanks
