"Aunty Lydia’s was the perfect combination of location and affordability. We had room for my husband and two kids and mother in law from out of state. The property is a 2 minute walk to Hanalei beach and a bit further for downtown Hanalei. The views of the mountains and waterfalls from the living room were sublime. We couldn’t ask for anything more. The outdoor showers were very handy for post beach clean up and although it took us a couple days to find, the second toilet adjacent to the carport came in handy more than once! We will definitely be coming back!!!"

"The best part about this property was all the gear - bikes, paddle boards, chairs, etc. We used it all! The beach access is close and easy and we enjoyed using the sand volleyball courts that were set up."

"We had a terrific stay! The location is just amazing--a two minute walk from the beach, right near a wonderful break called Middles, where we loved surfing every day. The hosts were helpful and the yard/outdoor space was even better than it looked in the pictures. The interior wasn't as bright as I expected, based on the pictures, but it was nice and spacious. We hope to stay again!"
