Poor service quality. Check-in was somehow troublesome, the lady who was supposed to be welcome us and check us in, was more or less uninterested in helping us and wasn't exactly willing to check the booking number. After a good half an hour, she somehow managed to find our reservation and let us in. In the meantime, the "owner" of the property more or less send back another group of people, who had booked but had opted out for "pay at the hotel". He simply said that they didn't pay for their stay upfront and he already gave the apartment to someone else. Even though this was clearly given as an option on the booking site.
The studio was very neglected, sheets were dirty, so was the bathroom. Not to mention that the bathroom was not exactly "private" but not only outside the studio (in the corridor) but was obviously used by the tenants in the studio next door. The "kitchenette" - stove, fridge, sink - have never been remotely cleaned and in such poor condition, that I almost felt sorry for the water I had to put in the dirty fridge.
Overall, a disappointing experience. Maybe the worst I've had in the past 7 years.
