It it's a nice upgrade since last time I went as Howard Johnson, now seems refreshed and I know its under upgrades, but The small things would constructively critize are smalls and its a General Manager issue, He or She needa to walk all hallways daily looking the ceilings for webs. And the stairs near the ice machine needs to be cleaned daily, also all windows(room and lobby looking to the pool) needs to be cleaned. Also, in between for the updates, all the sink faucets and bath faucets can be sanded and painted in black or bronze also the rusty portable mirror. Those are details, now, great WiFi, Cold A/C, room was cleaned and comforting beds, nice staff and outside was cleaned. The pool was good and warm, need to work the ph but it was clean and great. Overall Ill be back

La habitación tiene problemas con humedad Las paredes corre agua de las habitaciones de arriba estuvimos fuera en el día al llegamos a descansar tarde y ya cuándo estaba por dormir me percaté del problema de húmeda la alfombra está mojada Lo reporte al loby pero salíamos tan temprano y estábamos agotados qué nos dormimos Me ofrecieron cambiar la habitación Muy amables en él front desdk

Las habitaciones están en muy malas condiciones, muchas. Rentamos 3 y todas húmedas, moho, basura detrás de las mesas y debajo de las camas, pelos y manchas en las sábanas, los inodoros no funcionan bien. Toda la furnitura está en malísimas condiciones. En el exterior hay una pick verde destruida que lleva años allí, calentadores viejos y material de construcción abandonando. Los empleados tratan de ayudar, pero no pueden.
